Sadie Frericks

Sadie Frericks is an experienced dairy farmer who has been with Blue Diamond Dairy since 2005. In addition to farming, Frericks serves as a board member for multiple organizations, including Land O'Lakes, Inc., Minnesota Milk, Cooperative Network, and Cooperative Development Services. Frericks has also contributed as a columnist for Dairy Star since 2007 and was previously on the Board of Directors for Dairy Girl Network from 2015 to 2019. Sadie Frericks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications & Marketing from the University of Minnesota, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
