Steve Jackson

Steve Jackson is an accomplished Senior Finance Director at Land O'Lakes, Inc., overseeing a $12 billion Supply Chain Operations portfolio and collaborating closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer. Prior roles include leading finance for Crop Protection within WinField United and significant contributions to business development in the agricultural sector. Previously, Steve served as Head of Global FP&A at Zinpro Corporation, where a new FP&A department was established and management reporting processes were initiated. Early career experiences at General Mills included diverse roles within the Finance Leadership Development Program, covering various aspects of corporate and manufacturing finance. Steve holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Michigan.
