Tom Slavick

Tom Slavick is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Site Director at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since July 2019, Tom has held multiple leadership roles overseeing highly automated ready-to-eat cereal production lines, managing significant budgets, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Previous experience includes pivotal positions at The Coca-Cola Company, Post Consumer Brands, and PepsiCo, where Tom excelled in process improvement, team development, and quality compliance. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Capella University, along with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
