Val Velde has extensive experience in customer service management and project management, currently serving as the National Customer Service Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since June 2003. Val oversees various customer service teams across multiple locations, including Indiana, St. Louis, Minnesota, and Denver. Previous roles include Area Customer Service Manager, Project Manager, and Customer Service Specialist, where Val contributed to key corporate projects and the development of training resources for over 200 customer service representatives. Prior experience includes positions at Purina Animal Nutrition, LLC, Syngenta Seeds, and Sunrise Ag, alongside educational achievements, including a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education & International Agriculture from the University of Minnesota.
