Tom Lightoller

Tom Lightoller is the Group Chief Finance Officer at Landor. Tom has over 18 years of experience in finance and has held various senior positions at reputable companies.

Tom started their career at Ernst & Young as an Assurance Executive. Tom then moved to Hawkpoint Partners as an Associate. In 2006, they joined Universal McCann as the Corporate Development & Finance Manager for EMEA.

In 2008, Tom became the CFO of MAP Global & Magna Global at IPG Mediabrands. Tom held this position for 6 years before moving to Reputation Institute as the Group CFO in 2014.

Tom joined Landor in February 2018 and was promoted to Global CFO in January 2020.

Tom Lightoller earned their Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Edinburgh, where they studied business studies and accounting.
