Laura Martinez

Laura Martinez currently serves as the Controller at Landscape Development, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Maintenance Accounting Manager and Construction Accounting Manager at American Heritage Landscape LP and American Landscape Inc. respectively, from October 2011 to November 2023. Earlier in Laura's career, the role of Property Manager was fulfilled at Vines Management, Inc. from December 2007 to March 2009. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from California Lutheran University, attained from 2018 to 2020, and multiple degrees from Los Angeles Pierce College, including an Associate of Science in Business, an Associate of Arts in Economics, and an Associate of Arts in Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences.
