Mark Crutcher

Mark Crutcher is the current President and COO at Landscape Development. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has held various leadership roles during their career.

Crutcher began their career in 1999 as Vice President at Computer Parts Unlimited (CPU). Mark then moved on to Somera Communications in 2005, where they served as Procurement Director for one year. In 2006, they joined ValleyCrest Companies as Vice President, a role they held for nine years until they joined Landscape Development in 2015.

Mark Crutcher received their BA in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Mark then went on to receive their MBA from the same school. Finally, they completed an Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School.

They are on a team with Ryan Metlen - Division President, LA & Ventura, Raul Diaz De Leon - MPA Director of Human Resources, and Timothy Myers - CFO. A direct report to Mark Crutcher is and Ron Reitz - VP, Maintenance Operations. Mark Crutcher reports to Gary Horton, CEO.
