Austin Jackson

Project Engineer I at Landscape Forms

Austin Jackson has a diverse work experience in the engineering and design field. Austin began their career at Johnson System Inc. in 2012 as a CAD Drafter, where they created parts and assemblies using Solidworks, updated old drawings, and made detail drawings for production. In 2014, they moved on to work at MANN+HUMMEL Group as a CAD Designer, specializing in creating and updating models using NX software. Austin primarily worked with the GM team and uploaded data to GM Teamcenter. Since 2016, Austin has been working at Landscape Forms. Austin started as an Assembler and then transitioned to the role of CAD Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Project Engineer I.

Austin Jackson attended Portage Central High School from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a General Studies degree. Following high school, they pursued further education at Kalamazoo Valley Community College from 2009 to 2012, graduating with an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Design. In addition to their degrees, Austin also obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Excel Basics from Kalamazoo Valley Community College in July 2014, NX 9 Basics from Tata Technologies in June 2014, and Certificates of Achievement in AutoCAD, Pro E (Creo), and Solidworks from Kalamazoo Valley Community College in April 2011.
