Ali Delaney

Ali Delaney has extensive experience in human resources, having served in multiple roles at Landscape Structures from July 2016 to October 2021, including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Senior Human Resources Advisor. Additionally, Ali contributed as an HR Compliance Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law from October 2016 to August 2021, teaching a comprehensive HR Compliance Certificate Program. As an Adjunct Faculty member at Concordia University-St. Paul from August 2017 to May 2021, Ali focused on strategic human resource management and talent acquisition strategies. Prior experience includes working as an HR Consultant and Human Resources Generalist at Marsh & McLennan Agency - Upper Midwest and Amcom Software, respectively. Ali holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Concordia University-St. Paul.
