Alex McLaughlin is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Data and Tech for Corporate Functions at Landsec since February 2024. Prior to this role, Alex held several positions at Hiscox, including Technology Director for Digital Workplace, where leadership was provided for the Global Digital Workplace Transformation initiative, and Technology Director for IT Services, along with responsibilities as Interim Head of IT Services. Earlier career experience includes managing the Sybase and SQL Server Team as Deputy Team Lead at LCH.Clearnet. Alex holds a degree from London Metropolitan University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
