Amy de Groot

Amy de Groot has a strong background in portfolio management, with experience at both Landsec and Network Rail. Amy started their career at Network Rail in 2008 as a Graduate Surveyor, where they gained valuable experience in commercial property surveying. Amy then advanced to the role of Retail Portfolio Surveyor, assisting in the asset management of a £16M retail property rent roll at major rail stations in the UK. During this time, they were responsible for various aspects of commercial property surveying and gained knowledge of both English and Scots law. In 2013, they were promoted to Retail Portfolio Manager, where they managed a £25M portfolio and acted as the lead client on construction and maintenance projects. In 2015, Amy joined Landsec as a Portfolio Manager and later held positions as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Director. Amy has extensive experience in financial performance planning and managing diverse portfolios.

Amy de Groot has a solid educational background, with a focus on business administration and real estate management. Amy completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cranfield School of Management in 2020.
