Andy Dicks

Andy Dicks has a diverse work experience in the construction and urban regeneration industry. Andy is currently serving as the Commercial Director for Urban Regeneration at Landsec since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Lendlease as the Lead Commercial Manager from February 2013 to July 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Bellway Homes from February 2010 to February 2013. Andy's career started at Bloor Homes, where they worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Buyer from May 2002 to February 2010.

Andy Dicks attended Solent University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Management.
