Anne Richards

Anne Richards is a seasoned executive and non-executive director with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Landsec and Chair at Coutts since September 2025, Anne also holds significant positions as Chair of the Leadership Council at TheCityUK and on the European Advisory Panel for Temasek. Additional contributions include membership on the Board of Trustees for the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering and the Board of Directors for the Institute of International Finance. Previously, Anne was Vice Chair and Chief Executive Officer at Fidelity International and served as an Ambassador for Women on Boards UK. Anne's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, an MBA from INSEAD, and further qualification in accounting from ACCA, alongside a Transformational Leadership Fellowship at the University of Oxford.
