Benedict Tyers

Benedict Tyers has held various roles throughout their career. Benedict currently works for Landsec as the Head of Category for IT, Marketing, and Professional Services, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge starting in February 2021. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Efficio, progressing from Senior Consultant to Manager to Senior Manager. Before that, they were a Strategy Consultant at Accenture from October 2013 to April 2016. Benedict's career began at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd. in August 2011, where they worked as a Senior Buyer responsible for various systems, with a total spend of approximately £75 million per year.

Benedict Tyers' education history begins in 2001 at St Wilfrid's CofE High School & 6th Form, where they completed their secondary education. Afterward, from 2008 to 2011, they attended the University of Warwick, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics.

In 2015 to 2016, Benedict obtained a Certificate in Business Strategy from INSEAD. Benedict furthered their studies in 2021 by completing the CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.

Looking ahead, Benedict plans to pursue a Master of CIPS degree in Procurement and Supply Chain from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in 2022 and 2023. Additionally, they hold certifications in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and in Business Strategy from INSEAD.
