Dean Stratton

Dean Stratton is an experienced Centre Manager at Landsec, overseeing the award-winning White Rose shopping centre since July 2008. With a significant focus on retail management, Dean has played a key role in maintaining the centre's position as one of the UK's most commercially successful shopping destinations, which boasts over 100 retailers and an expansive 700,000 sq ft of retail space. Prior to this, Dean held various roles at Debenhams from October 1998 to July 2008, including Retail Liaison Manager, Operations Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside, attained between 1994 and 1998, and completed studies at Cleethorpes Sixth Form from 1992 to 1994.
