Jonathan Levy

Jonathan Levy serves as Development Director at Landsec, a leading FTSE 100 property REIT, since June 2005. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Jonathan has been instrumental in managing a £11 billion asset portfolio focused on Central London offices, major retail destinations, and mixed-use urban neighborhoods. Responsibilities include repositioning strategies and overseeing a strategic land portfolio of approximately 20,000 homes. Prior roles at Landsec include Project Director, Development Manager, and Senior Development Surveyor, contributing to significant redevelopment projects in London and Glasgow, including the award-winning Trinity Leeds shopping center. Earlier experience at Tops Estates PLC involved leading redevelopment and asset management strategies. Jonathan holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Westminster.
