Matt Lambert

Matt Lambert is an accomplished professional in the field of building surveying, currently serving as the Head of Building Surveying & Technical Services at Landsec since April 2011. With extensive experience, Lambert has previously held the position of Director at Kootonch Lambert, overseeing all business operations with a focus on Surveys, Due Diligence, Expert Witness, Pathology, Party Wall, Dilapidations, and Project Management. Prior to that, Lambert worked as a Chartered Building Surveyor at Stiles Harold Williams and Rider Levett Bucknall, and as a Building Surveyor at Weatherall Green & Smith. Lambert holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from De Montfort University, earned between 1994 and 1997.
