Nicholas Bell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial accounting, and finance consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager at Landsec since March 2014, Nicholas has overseen the annual budgeting and re-forecasting process and managed the commercial finance team for the UK’s largest portfolio of outlet shopping centres. Previous roles at Landsec include Senior Commercial Accountant and Management Accountant, where Nicholas managed significant retail assets and joint ventures.
