Tom Parker

Tom Parker has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Tom is currently employed as an Asset Manager at Landsec since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at First AML as an Account Executive (Real Estate) from March 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining First AML, Tom worked at Vicinity Centres from December 2014 to March 2022. Tom started as Leasing & Retail Asset Management and was later promoted to a Project Leasing role. During their time at Vicinity Centres, Tom managed multiple assets, including Neighbourhood centers and large Regional Assets. Tom played a key role in completing the leasing campaigns for several development projects, such as the Mandurah Forum Development, Midland Gate Development, and Ellenbrook Central Development.

Tom's previous experience includes working at CBRE Asia Pacific from August 2012 to December 2014. Tom worked across different teams, including Institutional Investments, Metropolitan Investments, and Industrial & Logistics. Tom was based in the Perth CBD and their responsibilities involved managing sales and leasing campaigns, market appraisals, and providing portfolio disposition and sale & lease back advice.

Prior to CBRE, Tom worked at DTZ as a Property Surveyor from August 2009 to April 2010. Tom was part of the Corporate Real Estate Management Department and worked as a Property Manager in the DTZ head office in the City of London. Tom's work included day-to-day management of the AVIVA property portfolio, lease administration, budgeting, and handling arrears for various types of properties.

Before their role as a Property Surveyor, Tom worked at DTZ as a Property Valuer from an unspecified date in 2007 to 2009. Tom was part of the CBD Commercial Team and primarily conducted office and retail valuations in Auckland City. Tom'sresponsibilities included market valuations, rental reviews, insurance valuations, and consultancy for office and retail properties in the CBD core.

Overall, Tom Parker has gained extensive experience in asset management, leasing, sales, valuation, and property management throughout their career in the real estate industry.

Tom Parker attended Westlake Boys from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bursary. From 2003 to 2007, they studied at The University of Auckland, where they earned a degree in BCom BProp with a focus on Marketing and Property.
