William Gerrish

William Gerrish has a strong background in development management and real estate. William is currently working as a Senior Development Manager at Landsec since January 2023. Before that, they were with M&G Real Estate for almost 9 years, starting as an Associate Director - Development Management in September 2014 and continuing until January 2023. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and delivering development and refurbishment projects across M&G Real Estate's client funds. William also had expertise in managing external project teams and mitigating risks. Prior to that, William worked as a Senior Development Officer at Bouygues Development from June 2011 to September 2014, where they were involved in the analysis and delivery of mixed-use schemes in London and S.E. England. William started their career at DTZ in September 2006 as a Development Surveyor, providing development consultancy and agency services to private and public sector clients. Their responsibilities included development appraisals, legal documentation review, client management, and site disposals and acquisitions.

William Gerrish has a diverse education history. In 1999, they enrolled at the Royal Holloway, University of London, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. William completed their undergraduate studies in 2002. Later, in 2005, they attended the University of Reading, completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate by the end of 2006. Additionally, it is worth noting that they obtained professional accreditation through the MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in 2008.
