Landseed is the measurement layer for nature-based markets — a public benefit corporation building the independent assay office that ecological markets have never had.

The carbon market was built to trade testimony about carbon, not carbon itself. It verified the paperwork but never measured the ground. Every market in valuable things has an independent assay office. Gold has had one since 1300. Ecological markets have never had one.

We build and operate three layers:

  • The Earth Pulse Node — AI-enabled sensors that measure biodiversity, soil, water, and weather where the ground actually is.

  • Earth Credits — a new ecological commodity class minted only from in-situ measurement, anchored by Nature Rights Deeds.

  • Earth Signals — structured reference data licensed to the markets, regulators, and scientists already trying to do this work honestly.

We are verifier-only by design. We own the infrastructure. We record the legal instruments. We operate the registry. We measure.
