Chip Batten

Chip Batten has extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry, beginning as an Agent at Universal Am-Can Ltd from March 1978 to June 1982, where responsibilities included procuring a customer base and managing load bookings and truck maintenance. Following this, Chip served as an Agent at Economy Transport from June 1985 to August 1992, continuing the focus on customer acquisition and logistics management. From January 1995 to the present, Chip has held roles at Landstar Transportation Logistics, Inc., first as a National Accounts Coordinator from 1998 to 2012 and currently as the RXX Agency Manager, maintaining a similar focus on customer base development and operational management. Chip holds a High School Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Nathan Bedford Forrest High School, earned between 1961 and 1965.
