Michael Kneller

Michael Kneller is currently serving as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Landstar System, Inc. Michael has extensive experience in legal matters involving the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Landstar System, Inc., Michael worked as a corporate associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where Michael advised various companies on securities transactions, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Michael also served as a Law Clerk for Chancellor William B. Chandler III of the Delaware Court of Chancery, where Michael gained experience in litigation and legal research. Michael holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
