Michael Kneller

Michael Kneller is the current Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Landstar System. Michael has also previously worked as a corporate associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP from September 2001 to April 2005, where they provided counsel to public and private companies with respect to securities transactions, public and private acquisitions, SEC and stock exchange compliance, and corporate governance and Sarbanes-Oxley matters. Prior to that, Kneller served as a law clerk for Chancellor William B. Chandler III of the Delaware Court of Chancery from September 2000 to August 2001, where they participated in all aspects of litigation before the Chancellor, including opinion drafting, preparation for oral argument and trial, and legal research.

Michael Kneller completed their undergraduate studies at Yale University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Michael'story. Michael then went on to attend Stanford Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor.

They are on a team with Joe Beacom - VP & Chief Safety & Operations Officer, Rick Coro - VP & CIO, and Aimee Cooper - VP & Chief Administrative Officer. Michael Kneller reports to Jim B. Gattoni , President & CEO.
