Grace Manning-Marsh is an experienced professional in land and urban planning, currently serving as Chief Of Staff and Head of LandEnhance at LandTech since August 2017. In this role, Grace oversees the LandInsight web-based application, facilitating proactive land teams in assessing development opportunities. Grace concurrently leads the LandEnhance data platform project, leveraging Machine Learning to enhance planning application justifications. Prior experience includes positions as Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant at Temple Group, where project management and planning were key responsibilities, as well as roles at URBED as a Town Planner/Urban Designer, focusing on urban design and community engagement. Grace’s career began with an internship at Somerset House Trust, organizing significant public events. Grace holds an MTCP degree in Town and Country Planning from The University of Manchester.
