Founded in 2015, Landvest is a multi-dimensional property company specialising in residential, commercial and mixed-use development. We also provide a planning and development consultancy management service.

Richard Collins & Jamie Braha have grown the company significantly over the past few years and are responsible for the growth and continued expansion of all business matters.

‘With limited resources back in 2015, we have significantly grown the business and formed some excellent relationships with our principle funding partners & retained consultants. Our aim is to continue to grow the business based on the foundations we have established and worked incredibly hard for’.
Our passion, drive and enthusiasm remains and we hope to continue to raise the profile or our business and continue our upward trajectory and first few years of continued success.’

We cover the geographical areas of North London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We are opportunity driven and focus on the individual merits of the opportunity, not quantum/scale. Decisions to proceed with sites/opportunities are made swiftly without delay or indecision.

We have excellent relationships with our private funding partners and have developed an effective model with our closest contacts to take on many sites and opportunities.
