Aidas Dirse

Aidas Dirse serves as the Senior Director of Revenue Operations Consulting and Chief of Staff at Lane Four since November 2020, with previous experience as a Manager of the SaaS Practice. A member of Modern Sales Pros since September 2018, Aidas contributes to a community focused on addressing sales and operational challenges. Prior to Lane Four, Aidas held several positions at Vena Solutions from January 2016 to November 2020, including Sales Operations Manager and Senior Business Development Manager, achieving significant sales milestones and developing key processes. Additional experience includes organizing events at Constellation Brands Canada and a diverse background in travel and international work, including time spent as a wine cellar hand in New Zealand. Aidas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Operations from Niagara College, earned in 2013.
