As COO, Rob’s leadership plays a critical role in guiding company growth through Lane’s formative years. Prior to Lane, Rob contributed as Vice President of Delivery Operations at Connected, and helped scale the company from 10 full-time employees to over 160 in just 3 years while also being a recognized product development partner for clients including Bose, Facebook, NFL, RBC, CIBC, and Loblaws.
