Mats Holmbäck

Mats Holmbäck is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and renewable energy sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Lanefinder since June 2024, Mats continues to drive innovation in recruitment solutions. Previously, Mats co-founded YouCruit in 2012, where leadership spanned over a decade, focusing on developing recruitment platforms. Mats also played key roles at Gårdsvind AB from September 2010 to October 2013 as Co-founder and Sales Manager, specializing in small-scale renewable energy solutions. Early career experience includes positions as a Sales Specialist at Proffice and in outbound sales at Trygg-Hansa. Mats is educated through Lund University and Malmö Borgarskola.
