Ryan Casupanan

Ryan Casupanan has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving in an IT role at LangChain since October 2025. Prior to this, Ryan was the Head of IT & Security at Cadence from January 2022 to October 2025, focusing on IT and cybersecurity for a health tech startup. At Flatiron Health, from September 2016 to November 2021, Ryan held the positions of Director and Senior Director of IT Operations, leading the IT team during a significant growth period and the company's acquisition by Roche. Ryan's earlier experience includes roles at Opower, from November 2010 to August 2016, where IT operations, security, and infrastructure were overseen, and at Alvarez & Marsal, from June 2005 to November 2010, managing global IT operations for a professional services firm. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University.
