Jonathan Heimowitz has extensive experience in the title business, working for various companies throughout their career. In 2003, they started as a Clearance Attorney at Worldcom Title Corp, handling residential transactions and insuring properties across New York State. Jonathan then joined Liberty Title Agency, LLC in 2007 as a Counsel, where they insured both commercial and residential properties and developed relationships with major underwriters in the industry. In 2009, they briefly worked as a Senior Counsel at Downtown Abstract Corp before establishing their own company, Langdon Title, where they serve as Principal and Founder. Langdon Title focuses on commercial and residential title business in New York and New Jersey, ensuring efficient and professional real estate transactions.
Jonathan Heimowitz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000 with a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance, Marketing. Jonathan then attended New York Law School from 2000 to 2003, earning a J.D. in Real Estate.
