Dan Prindle

Dan Prindle has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dan is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Integra Beauty since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as a member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors at the University of Dayton from March 2016 to September 2022.

Dan also worked at the University of Dayton Research Institute, where they held the positions of Operations and Engineering Manager from September 2020 to April 2021 and Design Engineer from January 2017 to September 2020. Before that, they worked at Fuyao Glass America INC as a Program Manager from January 2016 to January 2017 and as an Advanced Quality Engineer from March 2015 to December 2015.

Dan has also worked at BMW Group as a Supplier Quality Manager from January 2014 to March 2015 and at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC as part of the Engineering and Operations Management Development Program Associate from December 2011 to December 2013.

Dan gained valuable internship experience at GE Power as an Engineer Intern from May 2011 to August 2011 and at GE Aviation as an Engineer Intern from January 2009 to August 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Technician at the University of Dayton Research Institute from June 2007 to December 2008.

Dan Prindle has a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the University of Dayton. Dan also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and Management, General, also from the University of Dayton. In addition to their degrees, Dan Prindle has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2020.
