Sally Cottam

With over 30 years’ experience in practice, Sally has a wealth of expertise in dealing with all types of residential conveyancing transactions including, new build, repossession sales, relocation, transfers of equity and remortgages.

Sally qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1994 and went on to gain an MBA from Leeds Business School. She built a successful career as a conveyancer over 20 years, handling a caseload before moving into management at Walker Morris in Leeds, becoming the Operations Director of their residential conveyancing department.

Sally joined Langleys in January 2006, launching Home Property Lawyers (HPL), in 2015.

Respected and recognised for her broad expertise, Sally is a Partner of Langleys, a member of Langleys Leadership Team & a Director of HPL. She also continues to maintain a small caseload, ensuring she stays abreast of the on going changes within conveyancing and internal systems and processes.

Moving home is a stressful and emotive time and Sally is committed to ensuring that the HPL team is focussed on making the process as smooth as possible, whilst working closely with the Management Team to provide staff training, development and progression.
