Crystal Jackson

Crystal Jackson is an experienced professional specializing in strategic design and consumer experience. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Design at Langrand since August 2025, Crystal previously held the position of Director of Consumer Experience Design at Memorial Hermann Health System, where collaboration with healthcare leaders and clinicians led to innovative strategies for patient and provider needs. Past roles include Creative Director and CX Design Manager at HMA | Intelligent Marketing, where Crystal expanded creative services for a diverse clientele, and Senior Copywriter at Langrand and Company, focusing on simplifying healthcare communications.
