Jesper Houlind has a wealth of experience in various roles and industries spanning over three decades. Jesper began their career in 1985 as the owner of J. Andersen Consulting, a private consultancy. From there, they progressed to different roles, including Manager at McKinsey & Company, a leading global management consulting firm. At McKinsey, Jesper was involved in various projects, including mergers and acquisitions and business unit strategy. Jesper was also a core member of the transport and logistics group.

Prior to McKinsey, Jesper served as the VP of Administration at DSC Communication, a Danish manufacturer of telecommunication switches, from 1995 to 1996. Jesper was responsible for multiple administrative departments, including QA, legal, and HR, and led post-merger activities following the divestiture of NKT Elektronik.

Jesper also worked as the VP of Business Development at Superfos (NCC), Denmark's largest asphalt and road services company, from 1996 to 1998. Jesper played a crucial role in developing the new road services division and participated in the strategic decision to divest Superfos Construction.
