Simon Mills

Simon Mills is a Corporate Finance Partner at Langtons, where they have been since 2008, specializing in advising on acquisitions, disposals, exit strategies, fundraisings, and financial due diligence for owner-managed businesses and private equity transactions in the sub-£20m sector. Prior to this role, Simon served as an Assistant Audit Manager at KPMG from 2005 to 2008, where they worked on various commercial and corporate projects. Simon began their career as a Trainee Accountant at Hurst & Company LLP from 2001 to 2005 and holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from The University of Manchester, obtained in 2001.
