Josh Downes is currently the Executive Director of Development at Langtree Property Partners, where they are actively involved in the Development team. Previously, Josh worked as a Chartered Surveyor for JLL from 2018 to 2020, after qualifying in 2018. They gained valuable experience during internships at FDR Law and Colliers International in 2013 and 2014, respectively. Josh holds an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School, completed in 2016, and has A-levels from Appleton College in Law, History, and Business.
