This is achieved through conversation, although it is likely that you will have never had conversations like this before!

At LCC, we listen to you and pick up on the expression of self-imposed limitations. We make you aware of this happening and empower you to make mindful language choices that work for you.

At LCC, we transform your perspective of communication/language. For example, we help you to separate what actually happens in a “fearful” situation from your interpretation of what happened.

At LCC, we don’t give you new possibilities for action, we help you discover them for yourself!

At LCC, we define your goals with you and help you make changes NOW – changes that will enable you to achieve your goals in the future.
