LanguaMetrics™ is on a mission to help the world communicate. Speaking so that we can be understood and listening so that we can understand are universal needs. We leverage technology to facilitate the creation of products to help the world communicate. If the chance that any of your customers could call in today, and have to say, “I didn’t understand you.” is higher than you want it to be, contact us about a custom LanguaTest™ today.

LanguaMetrics has pioneered the use of AI and speech analytics technology to create the world's first measures of understandability. Our understandability screeners allow companies to hire customer service agents who will be clearly understood by their customers. These are not your grandfather's English tests, these tests use custom crafted AI models that have been trained on thousands of samples of call center dialogs. Human raters, representing your customers rate the samples and then we build AI models that transform the human intelligence of the rater into the machine intelligence of the model. The result is an understandability screening mechanism that 'knows' which prospective agents your customers will understand.
