Manouk Draisma

Manouk Draisma is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of LangWatch, focused on developing AI agent control and optimization technologies since December 2023. Draisma previously served as a Founder in Residence at Antler and held the position of Head of Customer Success & Operations at Biller, an AI-driven payment solutions provider now part of Banking Circle. Prior experience includes roles at Lightspeed HQ, where Draisma enhanced customer success strategies and partnerships across EMEA, and various positions in business development and customer support at Lightspeed and Hotel V. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Media, Marketing & Publishing from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and experience as a marketing intern at Viacom International Media Networks CEE.
