Artem Susekov

Artem Susekov is an experienced Agile Coach and Agile Practitioner at ЛАНИТ since August 2022, specializing in leading agile transformations and enhancing project delivery in collaboration with project managers. Previously, at Miro from September 2018 to August 2022, Artem held roles as Engineering Productivity Manager and Director of Software Engineering, focusing on software development enablement, team management, and improving engineering processes. Artem's earlier career includes significant positions at ЛАНИТ, where organizational departments were established, and at PROGNOZ.RU, overseeing design and development for the Financial Sector Division. Educationally, Artem holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Perm State University, completed between 1996 and 2000.
