Leonardo Gonçalves

Leonardo Colli Gon is a Senior Innovation Project Manager at Reckitt since July 2019, overseeing Healthcare Project Management and Innovation in Latin America. Prior to this role, Leonardo was involved in Brazil's innovation processes and product development for OTC Brands and Personal Care. From January 2013 to July 2019, Leonardo worked at Whirlpool Corporation as a Cost Reduction Project Manager and held roles in procurement and project management for product development. Leonardo's career also includes experience at Mondelēz International as a Project Engineer and Process Improvement Engineer, as well as an internship at Johnson & Johnson focused on production optimization. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Planning from FAE Business School.
