Cindy Caeymaex has worked in the IT industry since 1999. Cindy began their career at Electronic Data Systems as a Unix System Administrator and Information Analyst. In 2003, they moved to HP as a Service Delivery Consultant. Five years later, in 2008, they joined HP Enterprise Services as an ITO Service Delivery Specialist. Finally, in 2017, Cindy joined Lansweeper as a Support Operations Manager, Team Lead Technical Support, and Technical Solution Engineer.

Cindy Caeymaex completed their Graduaat in IWT - AVT - Fotografie from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool between 1995 and 1998. After that, they attended VDAB - VZW Beta in 1999, although they did not obtain a degree. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in 2017, such as Networking Foundations: Protocols and CLI Tools, Phone-Based Customer Service, Troubleshooting Your Network with Wireshark, and Working with Upset Customers. Cindy also has an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from CSME, Inc. which they obtained in 2013.
