Grace Lancaster

Grace Lancaster currently serves as a Product Manager at Lantech, where responsibilities include developing a SaaS tool that connects industrial machines to the Internet of Things (IoT) for enhanced analytics, reporting, and user notifications, with a focus on predictive maintenance, remote monitoring, and reducing plastic waste. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Strategist and Summer Analyst at BlackRock, as well as internships at Hillview Capital Advisors, LLC, Stoneware, and Lantech. Grace holds a BSBA in Finance with minors in Art and Design from Washington University in St. Louis and a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, along with a summer semester at Stanford University.
