Shea Hallenberg started their career in 1999 as an Account Executive at Price-Weber Communications. In 2004, they joined Altria as a Brand Manager, where they worked on strategic plans for new products, built new marketing platforms, and led the company's conversion to an FDA regulated environment. In 2012, they moved on to Darden as a Brand Manager, where they led the development of a comprehensive lunch strategy for Olive Garden. Shea later became the Director of Brand Management for Olive Garden, where they developed marketing plans based on consumer insights. In 2014, Shea joined Sutherland Consulting as a Marketing and Strategy Consultant, focusing on holistic marketing strategies and creating new brands and products. In 2016, they joined Lantech as the Director of Global Marketing, where they built and deployed B2B strategies, focused on global branding, product strategy, digital strategy, content generation, and more. Shea also supported corporate communications and HR in recruitment and retention.
Shea Hallenberg pursued higher education starting in 1993 at the University of Kentucky, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. They attended the university until 1997. Following this, Shea enrolled at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2002 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. They completed their MBA in 2004.
