Rick Klene

Rick Klene is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Lanter Distributing since November 2016 and as Managing Partner at Klene Tax LLC since July 2009, providing fractional CEO/CFO/COO services to small and mid-sized companies in the St. Louis Metro area. Previous positions include CFO roles at Earl L Henderson Trucking and US Title, as well as leadership roles at Taylor Roofing and Meadowbrook Farms Cooperative, where strategic planning and financial management were key responsibilities. Klene's career began as a Controller at Marion Pepsi Cola and Kerlick Switzer & Johnson. An alumnus of Illinois College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Klene also pursued further education in construction leadership at SIUE.
