Neil Hardman has a diverse career history with over two decades of experience in management and client services. Neil began as a Graduate Manager at NatWest from September 2003 to November 2005, then progressed to the role of Commercial Manager at Barclaycard, serving from November 2005 to June 2013. Following this, Neil took on the position of Head of Client Services at Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. from June 2013 until February 2025. Currently, Neil holds the title of Business Development Manager at Lantern, starting in May 2025.
