Dan Kent

Dan Kent is the President and CEO at Lantern Organization, where they lead initiatives to develop affordable and permanent supportive housing. With a strong background in community economic development, Dan previously served as the Director of Contract Administration at Lantern Community, managing significant government contracts and implementing compliance systems. They also held roles at YouthBuild USA, advocating for over 250 nonprofit organizations, and at the Galvan Foundation, where they managed a $30 million initiative to create mixed-income housing and community facilities. Dan earned a BA in Sociology and Economics and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the University of Vermont.
