AshLee Wood has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. AshLee began their career as a Sales Associate at Lenscrafters in September 2011 and worked there until July 2012. AshLee then transitioned to State Farm, where they worked as an Insurance Sales Associate from July 2012 to October 2014.
In October 2014, AshLee joined Lantern Press as a Retail Support Representative, providing general customer support and assisting Sales Managers in processing orders. From January 2017 to July 2017, they were promoted to Senior Retail Support Representative, taking on additional responsibilities such as team leadership and assisting the West Coast Sales Manager. In July 2017, they further advanced to the role of Retail Support Supervisor, where they supervised and trained the Retail Support Team, collaborated with the Art Department to create new artwork concepts, and maintained strong relationships with key accounts.
AshLee Wood's dedication and expertise were recognized at Lantern Press, leading to their appointment as a Customer Success Manager in April 2019. In this role, they managed successful customer relationships and worked closely with the CEO on project management. AshLee recently transitioned into the position of Project Manager in March 2022, where they continue to excel in overseeing projects and ensuring their successful completion.
