Taylor Ryan

Taylor Ryan, CEBS, currently serves as the Vice President of Consultant Relations at Lantern, a specialty care platform that connects individuals with top-quality healthcare providers. Previously, Ryan spent five years as a health and benefits consultant, culminating in roles at Mercer and Spring Health, where a focus on mental health advocacy became a priority. With a strong commitment to serving benefits professionals, Ryan also holds positions on the Carolinas ISCEBS Chapter Board and the Governing Council of the ISCEBS. Educationally, Ryan completed undergraduate degrees in Biological Science and Psychology at the South Carolina Honors College, graduating with a 3.89 GPA. In personal life, they enjoy hiking with their rescue dog, Enzo, and staying active through meal prepping and CrossFit.
