Apel Melkonian

Apel Melkonian is an experienced estimator currently working at Lanterra Developments Ltd. since August 2018. Previously, Apel served as an estimator at SKYGRiD Construction Inc. from June 2015 to August 2018 and held the position of project manager at Bluescape Construction Management between May 2012 and March 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing the Library District Condominiums project, a 29-storey development with 364 suites. Apel earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University, completing the program in 2012.
